These checks include:
- 2 written references with checks for any gaps in employment history
- A face to face interview
- Proof of identity gained
- Valid proof of qualifications or training
- CRB enhanced disclosure check
- POVA & POCA checks
- Right to work in the UK
All staff seeking employment with G.E recruitment will undergo an Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Police Check, also known as the Enhanced Disclosure Check. Those working with adults will also have a POVA (Protection Of Vulnerable Adults) check.
